poppy!

poppy has become one of my favorite colors this season!  it's vibrant and full of life...kinda like me ;) so when i spotted this poppy dress from ann taylor, i fell in love! the zippers add a little sass, but the cut of the dress keeps the style simple and classic.

i heart him!

my husband got me this fabulous j.crew heart sweater for christmas! i had been eyeing it for weeks! it goes perfect with your favorite pair of denim or a pop color bottom! i started out the day with my steve madden leopard pumps and ended the evening at home with my black bow jellies. also a classic j.crew find!

i am in LOVE with pleats this season, but i'm even more in LOVE with how selita is wearing these pleats!  pleats add a little something to a simple skirt whether it be short or long. so, if you don't have a pleated skirt...go get one NOW!
