keepers

since i'm always showing off my great finds, oldies, but goodies, and sassy, yet simple style..i thought i'd give a little shine to one of my husband's great finds.  we've been doing a little spring cleaning in our closets..trying to decide what to keep and what to toss.  in the midst of it all, he came across one his most AWESOME finds! we have definitely rated these a keeper!

i had to share my recent online purchase from j.crew.  most of the time i have to get my pants and skirts tailored despite the fact that the tag says 00.  it can really be a hassle, but if i love something, i bite the bullet.  well, this time, i didn't have to touch a thing!!! what i like to call my "hearts galore" pleated skirt is now one of my favorite pieces in my closet.  i can throw it on with a tank or a fun tee for my casual days and dress it up with some sparkle or a silk top on my fancier days.  i love it because it's got the right touch of fun, feminine, and fab!

wedges and leopard

i have been falling to my knees for leopard print and wedges lately.  its something about leopard with a pop of  color and the way a wedge can make a shoe so funky, that makes my heart pitter patter : ). so when i saw these leopard wedges months ago, i had to have them.  too cute, right??

i know its been awhile since i've blogged.  i've been trying to balance work, school, taking care of my loving husband and sleeping every once in awhile ;) so although you may hear from me a little less, expect great finds and fashion advice to come!
